I want to congratulate you and your team on running such a great event, and raising a great deal of money for the Cancer Council. I think it was a great decision to put money towards this organisation so that it will benefit local women. BreastScreen Qld was very happy to be involved, and our stall attracted a good number of women.Overall the event itself was extremely well run and organised – the food was gorgeous, entertainment lively, and the auctioneer did a great job of getting bids happening.
Congratulations again, and wishing you a relaxing and well deserved break over the festive season. We look forward to being involved again next year.

I am booking my ticket on line and sending out an email to our JAZZ CLUB list of 400 persons to make a personal plea for them to buy tickets and attend this fabulous event. I am going to tell them how well I have been looked after in Cairns dealing with my Breast Cancer from the first diagnosis, the McGrath Nurse through to the ongoing treatment I am now having – the wonderful Doctors, Nurses and Staff plus the drugs that can ony be found through research and more research that are bringing my cancer count down.

Dearest Emma – you and your Team did a superb job at the PINK RIBBON HIGH TEA and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely and how about the dressing! Didn’t everyone look great including yourself and your darling daughter Isabelle – she looked a picture.
Everyone had such a good time. I spoke to many people who loved the whole afternoon, loved dressing up, loved the entertainment and the whole atmosphere and, of course, we got the message across about getting checked as well. The girl who won the pink scooter looked as if it was made for her! Marvellous.

I thought the afternoon was really special – loved the balloon auction, the stalls, the comradery, the food. I bought a pair of earrings – can’t remember her name – the woman who makes things from vintage jewellery & they have had lots of admiring comments already!
Overall a beautiful, well organised and memorable event.

Congratulations! This year’s event was the best so far. So pretty! And a great venue and atmosphere…it just gets better and better!
I would love to support you again next year. The cause is even more special to me now, as I lost my beloved aunt last week to breast cancer, so my contribution next year will be in the form of a tribute I think.

Emma – it was a real pleasure to be involved and assist in a small way – the wonderful effort you make to support breast cancer.
The high tea was great fun – me and my girls enjoyed a rare afternoon out together – the middle girl was very disappointed she didn’t win the poppy bra – Not that she is old enough to wear such a thing – but her bid was trumped at the last minute – shame….
I would love to help out again in future – so please let me know what I can do.
