And who is the MC this year you might ask? Well we have an extra special person coming up especially from Melbourne for the event. TV presenter and author of ’7 Things Your Doctor Forgot to Tell You’ Andi Lew is going to be our gorgeous MC for the afternoon.

The event is now in its fourth year and I think by now we have done our fair share of ‘raising awareness’, October is now ‘Pinktober’ and there’s no hiding the multitude of pink events and pink advertising that takes place. So I think now is the time that we should move forward and rather than October being known as ‘Breast Cancer Awareness Month’ lets make it ‘Breast Cancer Prevention Month’. This is where all have the opportunity to become informed and take charge of our health, and what a wonderful opportunity we have with Andi Lew as MC of the High Tea coming to Cairns with her husband Dr Warren Sipser.
